8. Intellectual Property

Failure to maintain hosting or software updates may impact website performance and security.

11. SEO Services

Search engine optimization is a long-term strategy.

While we follow recognized SEO best practices and industry standards, Velixa Labs does not guarantee:

  • Specific keyword rankings
  • First-page Google rankings
  • Guaranteed traffic increases
  • Guaranteed leads or sales

Search engine algorithms are controlled by third parties and may change without notice.

12. Telehealth & Healthcare Services Disclaimer

16. Termination

Either party may terminate a project or service agreement by providing written notice.

Upon termination:

  • Completed work remains payable.
  • Outstanding invoices become immediately due.
  • Access to ongoing services may be suspended until outstanding balances are resolved.
  • Deliverables already completed will be handled according to the project agreement.
